At ULLAA Clothing Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process. Please read the following information carefully to understand our policies and procedures.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. You must initiate the return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

  • Sportswear (e.g., activewear, gym clothes)

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number. Ship the item to the address provided in the instructions.
  4. Wait for Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your return or exchange and notify you via email.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item once we receive the returned item. Shipping costs for the new item will be covered by ULLAA Clothing Shop.
